The provided bar graph illustrates the average number of house spent on housework by unemployed, part-time employed and full-time employed women in comparison to full-time employed men in the UK between 1985 and 2005.
Overall, it is evident that the group of umemployed women spent the most duration on housechores in contrast to full time employed men who spent the least amount of hours. On top of that, in the year 1995 the number of hours spent on housework dropped for all groups except full-time employed men.
Looking into the details, in the year 1985 enemployed women in the UK spent 7 hours daily on chores while the group of women with part-time employment dedicated around 5.5 hours to the same. Similarly, groups of women and men with full-time employment spent 2 hours and 1 hour on house work respectively.
Turning to 1995, where there was a drop in the duration spent on chores for a majority of groups, unemployed women spent 6.5 hours part time employed women spent 5 hours and fully employed women spen 1.5 hours on housework, Which is a half hour drop for each. But, the time invested by men stood unchanged at 1 hour. Furthermore, for 2005 there was a recorded net increase in the duration. Unemployed women spent 7 hours while part-time working women spent 6 hours daily on housework. Likewise the hours spent on chores on the part of full time working women and men sat at 2.5 and 1.5 hours respectively.

We as a society are so hyperfixated on success which is considered synonymous to academic excellence. Some individuals do not do well in school but attain immense success in life. The reason for this lies in the fact that there is no one way of succeeding in lifr and there are many reasons such as lack of interest in academics that can cause failure. furthermore self awareness is the most important thing to master to succeed in life.
There are various reasons as to why despite failing in school many people emerge successful in life. One such reason is possessing interest in field other than academics. In many education systems arouns thw world there is an extreme focus on academic growth and not development in extra-curricular fields like arts, sports and literature. This leads to cycle where students that posses competence in such fields do not have the resources to explore their potential. They have to resort to role learning and end up failing repeatedly in school. The above idea is illustrated in the life of pominent Indian author Chetan Bhagat, who was forced into field of engineering even though he was artistically gifted.
Evidently, there is no one way to succeed and their realisation comes from self-awareness which is the most important thing to do to attain success in life. Self awareness is described as the state of having ample knowledge about oneself to take relevant personal decisions. This skill becomes so important in the journey to success since if one is aware of their personal needs then they can establish realistic and relevant goals. Additionally, the efforts made can be efficiently converged into achieving that goal and succeeding. According to a recent study 95% of business moguls displaced high levels of self-awareness.
In Conclusion, I believe there is no fixed blueprint to success, hrnce some people who fail in school succeed highly in life. Furthermore, it is extremely important to propogate self-awareness for success both in the short term and long term.
